Warranty Information

DioLaz Canada Inc. stands confidently behind the quality and reliability of our Medical and Aesthetic Devices. Our comprehensive warranty policy is carefully crafted to provide peace of mind to our valued customers.

All Medical and Aesthetic Devices purchased from DioLaz Canada Inc. are covered by a standard manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the original purchase date. During this warranty period, should your device malfunction under normal use due to manufacturing defects, we will repair or replace the product at no additional charge.

Warranty coverage does not include damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, neglect, accidental damage, unauthorized modifications or repairs, or normal wear and tear. To initiate a warranty claim, contact our dedicated customer support team at customersupport@diolaz.com. Please provide detailed descriptions and supporting evidence of the issue, along with your original purchase receipt, to facilitate prompt and accurate resolution of your warranty claim.

Should your product require service beyond the warranty period or for non-warranty-related issues, DioLaz Canada Inc. offers dedicated after-sales service and maintenance programs tailored to maintain your device’s optimal performance.
