Education Program Policy

This Education Program Policy (the "Policy") describes eligibility requirements and terms for access to Education Pricing offered by DioLaz Canada Inc. ("DioLaz", "we", "us", or "our"). The program is intended to support eligible, recent graduates entering the medical aesthetics industry in Canada.

Education Pricing is discretionary, subject to verification, and may be limited by product availability or other business considerations. Nothing in this Policy obligates DioLaz to extend credit, financing, or approve any applicant.

1. Purpose and Scope

The Education Program supports new professionals by offering access to discounted pricing on select DioLaz devices. This Policy governs the Education Program only and does not replace the terms of any executed quotation, invoice, financing agreement, or other written contract between the parties.

2. Definitions

"Education Pricing"	A discounted price offered by DioLaz in its discretion for eligible applicants, reflected on an official DioLaz quote or invoice.
"Eligible Program"	An accredited Canadian program reasonably related to medical aesthetics, esthetics, nursing, or similar fields, as determined by DioLaz.
"Proof of Graduation"	Official documentation showing program completion and graduation date (e.g., diploma, certificate, transcript, or official letter).

 

3. Eligibility Requirements

3.1 Timing (Graduation Window)

To qualify, the Applicant must have completed an Eligible Program and graduated within the last two (2) years as of the date of application. DioLaz may, in its sole discretion, approve applicants outside this window where circumstances justify doing so and where consistent with program objectives.

3.2 Program Relevance and Accreditation

·         The program must be accredited or otherwise recognized within Canada.

·         The program must be reasonably related to medical aesthetics or the provision of services where DioLaz devices may be used (subject to applicable laws and scope-of-practice rules).

·         Applicants must be legally permitted to purchase and operate the device in their jurisdiction and must comply with all applicable professional, safety, and regulatory requirements.

3.3 Documentation

·         Proof of Graduation showing the Applicant's name, institution, program name, and graduation date.

·         Government-issued identification may be requested to confirm identity.

·         Where applicable, proof of licensure or certification (e.g., nursing registration, laser safety training) may be requested.

4. Application Procedure

1.       Email education@diolaz.com with the subject line "Education Program Application".

2.       Include your full legal name, contact information, clinic/business name (if any), and the device(s) you are interested in.

3.       Attach Proof of Graduation and any other supporting documentation.

4.       DioLaz reviews the application and may request additional information.

5.       If approved, DioLaz issues a written quotation reflecting Education Pricing and any conditions (including validity period).

Incomplete applications may be declined without further review. DioLaz may refuse an application for any reason not prohibited by law.

5. Education Pricing Terms

Education Pricing is offered as a reduced purchase price for eligible applicants. The discount amount, eligible product models, and availability may change at any time. Only an official DioLaz quote or invoice confirms the Education Pricing available to a specific Applicant.

·         Education Pricing is typically available for a limited number of units per Applicant and is intended to support early career use.

·         Education Pricing cannot be combined with other discounts, referral incentives, partner pricing, or promotional offers unless DioLaz expressly confirms in writing.

·         Quotes issued under Education Pricing are time-limited. If a quote expires, DioLaz may re-quote using then-current pricing.

6. Non-Transferability; Prohibited Use

Education Pricing is personal to the approved Applicant and is non-transferable. It may not be assigned, sold, transferred, or used for the benefit of any third party without DioLaz's prior written consent.

·         Purchases made under Education Pricing must be for the Applicant's own clinical/professional use (including use in an Applicant-owned clinic).

·         Applicants may not use Education Pricing for brokering, arbitrage, resale, or any other commercial distribution activity.

·         DioLaz may cancel an order or revoke Education Pricing if it reasonably believes the program is being misused or used fraudulently.

7. Verification, Audits, and Fraud Prevention

DioLaz may verify submitted documentation, including by requesting additional proof or contacting the issuing institution where appropriate. If misrepresentation, falsification, or fraud is suspected, DioLaz may deny or revoke program participation, cancel transactions (where lawful), and pursue remedies available under applicable law.

8. Privacy

DioLaz collects and uses information provided in the application to administer the Education Program, verify eligibility, communicate with Applicants, and comply with legal obligations. Where applicable, personal information will be handled in accordance with DioLaz privacy practices and applicable Canadian privacy laws.

9. No Guarantees; Limitation of Liability

DioLaz does not guarantee that any Applicant will be approved. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DioLaz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the Education Program. DioLaz's total liability, if any, will be limited to the difference between the amount paid and the amount that should have been paid under an approved Education Pricing quote, if applicable.

10. Changes to this Policy

DioLaz may update or discontinue the Education Program or this Policy at any time. The version in effect at the time DioLaz issues an Applicant-specific quote will apply to that quote unless stated otherwise.
