Authorized Partner Program

DioLaz Canada’s Partnership Program is an exclusive collaboration model designed to expand our distribution of Health Canada–licensed medical aesthetic devices while empowering our partner clinics with new opportunities. We invite select medical aesthetic clinics to become official regional demonstration sites for DioLaz equipment, creating a mutually beneficial relationship. This program is carefully structured to ensure both DioLaz and our clinic partners share in success under clear guidelines that protect each party legally and commercially.

Key Features of the Program:

  • Exclusive Regional Partnership: We appoint only one partner clinic per city to serve as the exclusive DioLaz demonstration center for that area. This means as a partner, your clinic is the only authorized location in your city where prospective buyers can see and experience DioLaz devices in person. This exclusivity gives you a competitive edge locally and ensures you receive focused support and referrals from us for your region.

  • Preferential Pricing & Incentives: Partner clinics enjoy special arrangements on our products that are not available to general customers. This includes preferential partner pricing when purchasing DioLaz devices for your clinic (allowing you to acquire cutting-edge equipment more affordably) and a generous referral incentive when a clinic-referred lead results in a device sale. In other words, when a client you’ve referred buys a device at our standard MSRP through DioLaz, your clinic earns a substantial commission as a reward. (Exact incentive details are provided privately upon joining the program and are structured to be highly attractive.) This creates a win-win: you expand your service capabilities and revenue potential, while we grow our customer base.

  • Mutual Marketing Support: DioLaz Canada provides free promotional materials and marketing support to help you showcase our devices. Partners receive items like branded banner stands, brochures, and other collateral to display in-clinic. In return, partner clinics actively promote the DioLaz technology in their market. For example, you’ll host interested potential buyers for in-person demonstrations at your clinic, and create a steady stream of content (e.g. monthly social media posts and the occasional video) highlighting the DioLaz device in action and tagging our official accounts. This collaborative marketing approach boosts your clinic’s visibility as a high-tech provider and educates potential customers about our devices, benefiting both parties.

  • Comprehensive Training & Ongoing Support: As a partner clinic, you’re not on your own. We train your team on proper use and demonstration of the DioLaz equipment, so you can confidently operate it and answer questions from prospective buyers. Throughout the partnership, you have direct access to our technical support for any device issues or questions. We are committed to ensuring you and your staff feel fully supported – from installation and training, to maintenance and updates – so that demonstrating our products is smooth and successful.

  • Annual Partnership Review & Renewal: The program runs in one-year terms, with an option to renew each year based on mutual success. We set reasonable expectations (such as achieving at least a minimal sales benchmark, e.g. one device sale, within the year and fulfilling the agreed promotional activities). Each partner’s performance and engagement will be reviewed annually. Clinics that meet the program’s goals and wish to continue will retain exclusive status in their region for the next term. This yearly review ensures active collaboration and opens opportunities for other clinics if a region’s partner is inactive. (For example, if a partner clinic does not engage in demonstrations or generate any referrals over the year, we reserve the right to conclude the partnership and offer that territory to another clinic in the future.) Our goal is to work with enthusiastic partners who are truly benefiting from and contributing to the program.

  • Integrity and Compliance: All device sales under this program are handled directly by DioLaz Canada to maintain consistent pricing, warranty coverage, and regulatory compliance. Partner clinics do not resell devices independently or act as distributors. Instead, your role is to introduce and refer interested buyers to us, and we take care of the final sales transaction (quote, invoice, delivery) while crediting you for the referral. This structure ensures a seamless experience for the customer and clarity for the partner – you gain commission on sales without the burden of logistics or financial transaction risks. It also means that the partnership is a cooperative marketing arrangement, not a legal partnership or franchise. Your clinic remains an independent business, and DioLaz Canada remains the product supplier – each party responsible for its own operations while collaborating under the program’s guidelines.
